calldoctoday I always use an empty ice cream bucket. It is stored with my sausage making equipment, that way my wife won’t use it for a dog water bowl.

The conversion chart does show reduced batch amount for cure. In the chart it is listed as Sure Cure (Pink)
Sure Cure (Pink)4560490009 1 lb batch 1/4 tsp (.04 oz)
5 lb batch 1 1/4 tsp (.2 oz)For the summer sausage seasoning you asked about, the seasoning pack is for 100 lb batch. I can give you the weight conversion.
1 lb batch is .92 ounces of seasoning
5 lb batch is 4.6 ounces of seasoning. -
it is best to weigh them out in grams but i am old school snack sticks are 1/4 teaspoon, summer sausage is 1/4 teaspoon , and for a 25 lb. batch it says to use 1 oz.

these are for 1 lb measure for the 1/4 teaspoon
