Carrot fiber and potato stach

I got some carrot fiber from waltons and now want to add potato starch. What would be the ratio of each and for 25lb snack stick is it still 2 pints?

@samspade2519 Carrot fiber is broken down by 1 and 5 lb in https://meatgistics.waltonsinc.com/category/23/seasonings (also available up next to the Livestream button) but I don’t know on the amount of potato starch, sorry! Super Bind is a mix of carrot fiber and potato starch but I don’t know what the ratio is in it.
