Busy Week

I have been smoking, grinding and stuffing for about a week. Finished off a pork belly followed by 20# of two breakfasts, 10# of chorizo, and 20# of Texas Hot Links. I start tapping tomorrow so I will be a bit busy for the next couple of weeks. Easter is coming and it is time for Biały Kielbasa and smoked.

Tex_77 it is sugaring season up north. I will be tapping some maple for syrup. Picking up my arch tomorrow, had some welding mods done. Usually run over 150 taps. It has been almost perfect weather for a week.
