New stuffer

Used my new Walton’s 7 pound stuffer for the first time today very impressed. Makes making my sausages so much easier.

shoprat53 a legit stuffer makes a world of difference! I have the 11 lb model and have used it to make hundreds of pounds of sausage per week for years. It’s good for home or commercial…bang for the buck it’s second only to a quality grinder.,

Joe Hell I was just looking at upgrading from a 5 lb stuffer. We don’t use much when doing several hogs because it’s just faster with grinder at that amount. if you had a preference would you do the 11 or 26 lb stuffer. I’m leaning towards 11 since it is closer to deer processing size but our group is ok with the larger price if it speeds up the process time.
The waltons stuffer look to be great build and cleaning so going that route for brand of course.

a 26 lb. has to push more product through a smaller tube and can cause more back pressure depending what product you are making ,the 11 lb. is the best for most apps.

I wish they made a 15lb with the same diameter. Id hate to pull the cylinder out to restuff for 1 1/2lbs as i usually do 12.5 lb batches

twilliams I’m with you. A 15 lb stuffer is perfect for anything from 12.5 to 25 lb batches!
