Well, after slicing it all yesterday then cleaning it up and stowing the equipment, I finally got off my a**e today I bagged, vacuumed and froze it all.
Now I got 20 -1/2 pounds of pork butt ready to make breakfast sausage patties and little sizzlers. Maybe I’ll try a tad bit of something else too.

Going to make some elk and deer jerky this week and probably snack sticks next week. Can’t make them too soon or they won’t make it until hunting.
