    Wish I could double like the blue hats…congrats to all, and thank you for making this such a welcoming place. In January I had decided I wanted to learn sausage making so that I had something to do with my trimmings. I found this site through some of the YouTube videos, and I started reading, trying to make sense of it all. You have all helped me learn so much. Now, my wife would like it if you didn’t convince me to spend so much money, but - I also know she secretly likes it when she gets to eat!

    I’ve been here less than two months. It’s turned in to nearly the only reason I get on line. Not only are all of you guys knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming, but you’re also a lot of fun. Even though it’s true, that will probably be the last time you’ll ever here me pump you up like that, so don’t get used to it. 🙂

    Again, I want to thank Walton’s for their support of the Meatgistics community. I participate because I have met so many wonderful people and really enjoy being part of this community.

    Austin Jonathon As I have stated a few times before, you run a first class operation. I am so proud to be able to both have fun as well as help people beginning to enter the world of sausage making, meat curing, and delivering meals with fantastic efforts of our Meatgistics family. I feel blessed any time I can impart my experience to new members of our community.
