Does anyone know a processor that will ship rabbits or whole hogs?

The order quantity is probably the biggest factor on who will ship to you.

Consider contacting a caterer or restaurant who might allow you to get in on one of their orders.

farmy also check with restaurant supply locations along with local meat processors. Sometimes you might even check out Hispanic or oriental grocery stores. I have found half hogs, goats and lambs. Checkout vendors at farmer markets or you can go direct to the source. I have found small producer of rabbits, ducks, chickens, etc… You may have to look beyond your local are. Also as processhead recommends is another source.
