Got it fixed…it was just being slow trying to give me the captcha thing. Weird thing is I didn’t log out but it must have logged me out with the new authentication process.

Jonesy mine is being a pain. I have to do the captcha thing everytime even if I don’t log out.

ND Mike It is seeing something that is making it question your account status. Have you logged in from a weird place recently?

Jonathon mine did the same thing earlier on the captcha. Only once though as i haven’t been on my other phone or laptop yet today. No different than any other day i only get on meatgistics using either 1 of 2 phones, one android and one apple

Jonathon I haven’t logged into anything lately. It was really weird. I posted this topic from my work computer after I couldn’t get in on my phone. Maybe just a case of the Mondays!

I had problems the last couple months on my old phone. Had to re-log in and do captcha if I was away from the site more than about 10 minutes. I got a new phone last week and haven’t had to re-log in yet.

Jonathon I am logging in from my laptop. Nothing different but still required to the captcha thing after a few minutes of non use. I really am HUMAN… I promise.

Happened on my phone. Loaded anti-virus software, scanned phone, found nothing. Opened the app again and it opened with no issues. Well then removed anti-virus and had the same issue. I reinstalled, ran a scan same issue trying to login through the app. Opened in a browser got the screen, then it went away and right to Meatgistics. Still having trouble accessing through the app. Austin
And now the app is working again…

I’ll take a look. I haven’t changed anything on Meatgistics that would affect this. Been seeing some weird errors popup lately though in the logs. I did make changes to our CDN, Cloudflare, to eliminate some further bot traffic and spam accounts. Put in a few extra and much more strict firewall rules. That could give you issues if you get flagged before actually hitting the Meatgistics login. Can anyone tell me if you are getting the captcha before actually loading the site, or are you on the actual login page entering credentials and fighting with the captcha there?

Austin I was seeing it yesterday too through the app but it just let me in one time and I haven’t seen it again.

ND Mike I tracked this down to the specific rules and cases where it was blocking things. I have changed the settings so it won’t happen again. Thanks for everyone who chimed in to help me nail down this issue! I really appreciate the help and feedback everyone gives!
