Beef Shank

The last time I split a beef purchase with a friend we ended up with a beef shank.
Looking for some cooking ideas, never tackled one of these before.
Any advice would be appreciated. Happy 4th!

processhead Last time I was in Cancun at the resort we stayed at, I ordered oso bucco and the lasagna. I then just dumped the oso bucco over the lasagna…boy howdy talk about a power move!
