Yeah, we canceled last one, sorry! I had way too much going on that needed tobe done and we have a couple of “short” weeks coming up, this week we are going to AAMP in OKC, then in a few weeks Austin and I are heading to Minnesota to shoot some stuff with Ron Schara production and Pheasants and Quails forever.
We ARE having one this week though, it will be Thursday the 15th at 3 pm at waltonsinc.com/live. Currently I am going to give away some jerky and the new long sleeve shirt, draw a winner for the meat hack of the month competition and kick off the next one. I have an experiment going on blanching vs not blanching broccoli before vac sealing it…it is not showing what I assumed it would though!
