Walton's 2021 Steak Cookoff!
This Saturday August 14th at 11 am Walton's is hosting our 2021 Steak Cookoff! Come on down and watch 75 S.C.A. teams compete for $10,000 in prizes, try awesome samples from us and have a drink! Tickets are $10 and all ticket sales go to the Wichita Air Capital Flyers!
What is there to do?
Get to watch, and maybe taste, some of the best steaks ever to grace a grill! Have drinks from Shaken or Stirred Wichita Mobile Bartending and for a small fee try some samples from Wichita Brewing Company. We will also have Outdoor Mentors, Kansas BHA, Pheasants Forever, Quail Forever, Range 54, Ducks Unlimited and Diamond Archery here doing some giveaways and promoting their causes!
What Do I get to sample?
Well, Jonathon and johng have been hard at work making samples of Walton’s Tender Walton's Bold Jerky Seasoning , Sweet Teriyaki Jerky Seasoning Hatch Green Chili Flavored Bra and we have made some of our amazing Supreme Pizza Bratwurst Seasoning where we added Pepperoni to the Sausage! We will also have snack sticks samples, so yes, we’ve got some FREE samples for you!
What’s the deal with the drinks?
Shaken or Stirred is a cash bar where you can order any type of mixed drink you can think of and for a small fee, Wichita Brewing Company is offering samples. WBC will be inside the store so stop in, cool down and have a drink!
What are the Giveaways?
We can’t tell you exactly as we aren’t the one running the giveaways BUT gun enthusiasts will be pleased!
How Much are tickets?
$10 a ticket and Walton’s is donating all of that to the Wichita Air Capital Flyers Special Olympics Team so you are supporting a great cause!

Me and the daughter had a great time. Got a tour of the place from @Jonathan. Was cool to see where the magic happens. Got to sample some great food. Was a good measuring stick to compare some of my sausage to the stuff Jonathan does. I think I am pretty close on par with my snack sticks and brats. My jerky on the other hand is light years behind that tender jerky. Overall a great time and thanks again Jonathan.
