Dr_Pain Mine are usually to soft as well so I leave them on the racks and let them air dry a day or 2.
Because they’re for customers I check them with an activity meter to make sure.

when i vacuum tumble my jerky how long do i leave it in the waltons bold jerky seasoning before i smoke dry it

JIM BBQ you can go immediately to smoker after vacuum tumbling, or you can hold it for a bit if you like.
