    Can anyone provide the link to where Jonathon Tremblay posted a recipe concoction for tender jerky…I have tried to search it but cannot find it…I’m not usually technically challenged about such things but this time I’m at a loss…thanks in advance

    Mcjagger There are a few different ones. I think johnsbrewhouse is correct, that is the best one to start with but I did do a few others so depending on your equipment setup:
