New Excalibur Pizza seasoning to try

Excaliburs Pizza Flavored Frank and Wiener is here and I am going to make snack sticks with beef out of it. It is 1.843 lb of seasoning to 25 lb of meat. Since I have to do some more with beef I am going to make them 50/50 beef and pork. Normally I would not use cheese but this is a seasoning I can never see people making without a cheese so it is getting High Temp Mozzarella Cheese and going into 19mm casings. I will keep ou guys up to date on how it does!
Should be tomorrow, and then on Thursday we might have another process-stream but when I make the Dragon’s Breather Kippered Beef. It is a very similar process to our Walton’s Bld tender jerky though, so I might not do it live.

HOLY COW! I may have to kiss you if this thing tastes like Pizza. My wife is a HUGE pizza fan. Even though she likes eating my creations the flavor profiles are not close enough to what she is familiar with so I end up being the one eating it. Can’t wait to hear about your experience. I may have to use this month’s discount and free shipping coupons to get some of that (and some high temp cheese)

Have to try em the wife cant use cheese. I’ll check the ingred but sound really good.
