Smoked Picanha steaks
I got this video on how to do Picanha steaks from a ThermoWorks email. I haven’t tried it yet but will be doing it as soon as I can find some of these steaks.

Idaho Smokey Yes, I was drooling when I was reviewing my daily emails regarding picanha steaks which can be found as a rump roast or top sirloin cap. You probably would have to ask the butcher to save you that cut before they would normally cut it into any of 3-4 different cuts of beef. Yes, it is very desirable.
