The Feedlot never heard of this combo. I’d have to try 😋 one before judging.

The Feedlot interesting! How did you chunk up the blue cheese? What did you use for your brat base seasoning?

Ridley Acres I am with you but I guess the only way to know is to try them. I know a meat market that makes all kinds of different brats. They do make one with wild rice that I do like.

Ridley Acres said in Made some Blueberry and cream cheese brats also:

I’m not so sure about fruit in my brat.

You see I am the opposite. I am ok with the blueberries because it will bring and subtle sweetness and tartness but the warm cream cheese… only if it is in Carb Ragoon

I would like to try them although if I were to see them without knowing what was in there, the appearance would make me think something went terribly wrong with the batching. lol

Ridley Acres Definitely thinking of a “Brekkie” sausage!
