HerbcoFood OK, need one of those shirts. The saying is great for us old military folks, at least us Jarheads. In boot camp, the recruits could not smoke until 3rd phase (last phase of bootcamp). The squad leaders kept an ammo can with all of the cigarettes, chew, and dip stored in it. In rare occasions that the ones who smoked were allowed, the Drill Instructor would yell “Smoke em if you got em”. They got about a whole minute to enjoy their tobacco product of choice.
