Anyone here have the 26lb dual gear stuffer? And can you do snack sticks with it? Looking at the cyber sale….we do have a 11lb lem dual gear stuffer just looking for a bigger one since we usually do 25lb batches and to upgrade our 15lb single gear lem

i make snack sticks in my 26lber. i just add little extra ice water to my mix.
