Jonathon Just got back on line after being away for a long weekend. Just noticed new set up, it loaded very good.
Anyone else have problems with deliveries?

I always seem to have problems getting packages delivered. A lot of times when I order they end up shipping usps and when I expect to get my package I end up with the nice little orange card that says your package can’t be delivered so then I have to wait up to maybe 4 to 7 days until I can get a chance to go to the post office even though I have paid for 2 day delivery. Besides that issue here is what I just came home to tonight. My new stuffer and mixer sitting out in the rain for who knows how many hours. It’s not like I have a big covered porch where you walk into the house to put them out of the weather. This isn’t the first time either. I have found packages days after they were supposed to be delivered just randomly sitting in the driveway or along the side of the house. Sorry just had to vent some frustration after a long crappy day at work

Randie N I have a covered porch and that is where all my deliveries are placed, only problem I have is many streets in neighborhood have close to same name so deliveries and mail sometimes end up somewhere else. It can be frustrating.

The USPS is extremely unreliable. I live 2 hours from Walton’s. Sometimes the USPS deliveries take 4 or 5 days. As far as leaving the packages in random areas, I would talk to your mail carrier and see if you can work something out. If that does’t work, go to the post office and have a chat with them.

Its pretty common. We are fortunate enough that my wife is able to stay home and homeschool our kids, so we rarely have an issue.
It may be time for you to get a situation like this:

USPS seems to have the most issues with delivery, there is a whole lot of I don’t give a d**n attitude with them. They should change their current motto to, “We may or may not give a d**n.”

My USPS rural carrier wont pull into the driveway if there is more than one vehicle in it. States “driveway blocked” I want to ask her if she now delivers in a 18 wheeler.

Randie N I couldn’t find your order through our online system, did you place this order online or call it in? Can I have the order or shipping number? I want to send this to Customer Service so they can show our UPS rep what happened, I have no idea how UPS thinks that is acceptable. This makes me even more grateful for my UPS driver who is a great guy and does a good job
-
Randie N You can email it to [email protected] if you would rather do that instead of posting it in this thread?
-
Randie N I understand. You must be living down the street from me. When we can keep regular drivers, it all works out real well & though know to not do the stop & drop, even when Margaret is home as is the case most of the time, deliver at the back door or garage & drive straight through, etc. but that is definitely not the case her for about the past several months, conditions are just as you described, or stop & drop at one of the front doors & just about always raining when that happens. Heck, they even had someone dumping packages within the state a few weeks ago. Walton’s customer service & shipping though is beyond the skies & second to none!

Randie N Well, At least they made it to you. So that’s good

lkrfletcher I ordered on Monday evening and recieved it this morning. Once again it looks like UPS has played football with the boxes. I ordered meat lugs and smaller items, including a scale was packaged inside of them and protected. Unfortunately the stainless table was scratched and dented. I have a email in to customer service to see what my options are. Although I could never prove it, I’m pretty sure this is a UPS issue. Jonathon and Austin , I am tagging you just as an FYI.

I’m pretty lucky. My UPS guy is pretty cool. He takes my stuff and places it right under our little roof at the entry door.

This happened at one of the mail boxes in my neighborhood, someone ran them over, no mail was stolen so it was an accident. But allegedly USPS won’t make deliveries until they are fixed.

GWG8541 im starting to question what is going on with packages from kansas to destination. Every Waltons order i receive the box is destroyed like you have pictured. I will say that every claim i have put in has been replaced but its becoming all too common. Im sure Waltons doesnt like giving out twice the product for shipping damages or losses. We get tons of packages the entire year and Waltons are the only ones damaged so i know its not my awesome UPS guy. I had fedex throw my pakages before but UPS sets them nicely and discreetly when possible. The packages i just received on Wednesday was slightly banged up but product inside was all ok

twilliams I wonder if they have some sort of insurance that covers problems like this? I am sure they do with the amount of shipping they do.
