rene I just googled “Garlic Coil Sausage Recipes” and there were several online. I used to get a Ukrainian Garlic sausage from a butcher here in Colorado but he retired. It was one of the top 3 of my favorites.

I read the title and mistakigly thought it was a typo and you were looking for a recipe for garlic OIL LOL!! Thanks for expanding my brain cell. I will have to research Garlic Coil
