I just put in another order, tried a discount code of @Austinisawesome and @Jonathonisawesome but for some odd reason it didn’t give me a free order. Maybe next time. Went to put in my cart mustard seed, they are out of stock in the bottle of Excalibur. Didn’t figure I needed a 5 lb bag that is available but how much would you folks put in for a 25lb meat block. Primarily the W beef stick seasoning. Also got the 19mm collagen casings down to perfection (haha) so ordered the 18-20 tubed sheep casing to see if I can perfect that.

twilliams My bunch loves mustard seed so I use a tablespoon per lb. on SS
Also don’t overlook the possibility of making custom mustard. My current favorite is coarse grinding the seeds and blending with pureed fresh garlic and caper brine -

I use 11 grams (about a tablespoon) of whole mustard seeds per five pounds of meat
