I hope we will be able to get back in time & make It. The later start time hopefully will help. We have to make a run to Destin about 6 in the morning to do an inspection there & then come back. Keep your fingers crossed. Regardless, I know it will go well.

Guess I better start my meat projects a little earlier tomorrow, got to stuff some snack sticks for the wife. Then cut and grind some pork shoulder to make some Landjaeger and a couple of different sausages. Might have to just mix tomorrow and stuff on Tuesday since the time difference.
I love the livestreams. They are so much fun. I really miss the “Will it BBQ?” videos. They were more than great. They were experimental, inspirational and FUN. Using suggestions from users was genius. I still refer people to watch the old ones. I think its been 3-4 years since the last one.
Looking forward to it. Someone’s got to win win win.
letmefly They are coming back 100%, I think I had a bit of an optimistic view of the fact that we were going to switch over and I would have NO MORE website work. There are still things we are spending a lot of time on trying to improve or tweak. But at some point we will be done. I do really appreciate that people enjoyed that segment, they are by far the most “fun” to shoot because it’s just crazy or different ideas that we get to try and then react to.
