bocephus 100% what it was, ND Mike I am a Ronan, I have no master! Actually, that is very much untrue, I am 100% a Walton Samurai! glen I got a work sharp sharpener that might do the trick. They were giving them away with raffle tickets for the guns so Austin and I both got one, and we both had no clue what we would use it for since we have the Tru-Hone but it seems like the Work Sharp we got might work better as it can do single bevels.

Jonathon Needed one of those when I made all that Watermelon Jerky last week. Will try to take some photos next time. One of my son’s came to visit & found it when it was still in the dehydrator. Then everyone wanted some, except for the old guy working up in the attic.

Jonathon I own 2 Dalstrong knives and as you have mentioned, they are really nice. Even the packaging they came in is top notch. I own a boning knife and a breaking knife. They would look great with that sword. I mean tuna knife.
