2 options for what we will cook:
I can make 2 different flavors of sausage for an upcoming event using all the newest Walton’s Equipment like the Walton’s 30 lb stuffer, and the Walton’s One Shot Grinder
Some sort of protein and Rangoon. For this, we will use wantons and then deep fry them in peanut oil as well as some Terrapin Ridge Farms and Excalibur Shakers
Rangoon of course

Jonathon option two. We all know what grinding, mixing, and stuffing looks like, and if not you have plenty of other videos showing it.

Jonathon Looks like Rangoon is the winner.
Yeah, that wasnt even remotely close! I am going to have to make up another batch between then and now to remember how to do it…nah, we will struggle through it together.
It will be the 13th of July at 5:30 at www.waltons.com if anyone wants to play along we will need:
protein of some sort, cooked in small bits
Excalibur Seasoning of your choice
Terrapin Ridge jam (or some sweet/hot jam)
Oil for frying
Spicy or sweet seasoning/spice to go on top once they have been cooked
BEER! No more Whiskey and solo livestreams…those who watched the end of the last one will understand why!
