Tex_77 Really loved the “smithfield” article. “Bastages” they are.
I really like what France has done we need to do that and more it should say fake meat on the package and all so the country of origin on real meat and for the big meat processors getting caught I guess we no how much they make if they can pay those fines I still say buy local you miss all the trucking and you keep local business in business

Finally agree with something France is doing, I think it should be the same here. If it is not meat don’t give it a meat name. Call it a soy or tofu patty in big bold letters.
Tex_77 Lots of good articles. I remember when we used to go down to Mexico & beyond in the early 60’s & beyond, before it became the La Tourista meca it is today in some places. The running joke was always see perro in the morning, see perro in your Tijuana taco in the evening. Pretty bad, I know.
