Sweet Chipotle Jerky
I want to make the “tender jerky method “ of Excalibur sweet chipotle Jerky using an extra pork loin I have. I want to know if I should lower the suggested 18% brown sugar since the 2nd and 3rd ingredients are brown sugar and fructose. I don’t want it to be to overbearingly sweet. Any help would be appreciated as I have never tried the tender method.
