yep thats it . and we love it !!!.. its amazing how little water it takes , just crack the hose about 1/4 turn and you have all the pressure you need , the last time i used it. someone had asked me how much water it uses so i measured it , it uses about1 gallon of water to stuff 10 lbs of sausage casing oh and by the way it will stuff faster than you can keep up with it but you can go as slow as you want

calvin I thought of making one of those for a long time, but then decided to go for the stainless, 11 pound, vertical stuffer. Either would have been a major advancement to my old hand & horn stuffing. Water is a powerful tool.

i can say one thing for sure , i will NEVER go back to any hand cranked stuffer ,
we can stuff 50 lbs of sausage in minutes and never break a sweat or even think about getting tired
it truly is an amazing stuffer -

calvin said in what i make:
my wife also has an older lady freind that has trouble getting around and she just loves our pulled pork, so about twice a year we smoke and make her about 20 lbs for her to keep in her freezer , call it what you will but, doing things for other folks just make us feel good !!! we get just as much out of it as they do
True that!

calvin I have to check that out.
