Walton's New Line of Seasoning(s)!

Some of you who have been listening to Austin and I for a long time know that we have talked about a specific seasoning that we have had in development for at least 6 months now. Well, Zesty Citrus Mojo Seasoning is finally here! This seasoning is great on shrimp and other shellfish, regular fish, pork and chicken! The first pop is going to give a strong citrus taste but the onion and garlic flavors help it stand up to denser meats like beef and wild game meats. Seriously, this has been a long time coming, we are already working on the next one but you can be sure you will see a lot of content coming from us that involves the Zesty Citrus Garlic Mojo Seasoning!

HerbcoFood What would a Jonathon Seasoning be? I really don’t know my tastes are so all over the place, probably have some buffalo in it though, but that could just be because the next custom blend we are working on is buffalo themed and I tend to get obsessed with things.

I had a chance to try the new Zesty Mojo seasoning today (thanks Jonathon ) and I must say its zesty, but very good. I tried some straight up in my hand first and it is pretty strong. Then I put some on a piece of chicken I had and WOW, it was awesome! I cant wait to try it on some fish, I think that will be a perfect match, or maybe shrimp scampi, so many ideas in my head. I recommend this seasoning
