I received my new Walton’s 2023 catalogue today. It’s awesome. Thanks for adding the sausage seasoning conversion charts, the charts for the different casings and the updated compatibility info for the grinder/mixer match up. Well done Walton’s!

PapaSop Click on the Walton’s logo in the upper left and fill out the “catalog request”. I don’t know if they are sending them out to all of the Meatgistics members or not. I requested one in May for a friend. I gave him my 2022 catalog and I asked for another .

Bob Stehlik I believe they send them out with orders at different times, and possibly to people who have made a purchase over the last year or so. Austin how does Walton’s determine who gets sent a catalog?

It may take a week for everyone to get their catalog. They won’t all deliver on the same day.
We typically set a range of time that looks at who has placed an order or requested a catalog within a certain time frame, usually between 1 and 2 years, and anyone on that list gets a catalog. It can sometimes vary because we may shorten or extend the range depending on how many catalogs we actually print. Usually if you have ordered in the last 18 months, you should automatically get one.
