Walton’s 50# Mixer + LEM Big Bite #22 = Compatible!
-
Unboxed my new 50# mixer for a batch of snack sticks. Great news that mates right up to my L*M Big Bite #22. I will say it is really high on a kitchen counter as I needed to use step ladder to view it. May see about raising my mixer instead.
Have a short video of it in action but won’t let me upload due to size.

cdavis I put it off for a long time. I was used to mixing by hand. Finally got it on sale and it makes a huge difference in time.

Deepwoodsbutcher I have the 20lb mixer but it would sure be nice to hook up to a grinder.
-
cdavis yeah it would. I hope to some day

May see about raising my mixer instead. What would you gain by raising the mixer? Looks like it has a nice angle for the discharge.

Denny O The legs are just about maxed out so figured if there is any stability issues I could split the diff between raising grinder and lowering mixer.

Jamieson22 I have no stability issues with mine. The only way to shorten your mixer legs is to put a piece of 3/4 ply under it only not the grinder.
If you raise the grinder you will be raising the mixer by the same amount.
Maybe I’m not understanding what you are thinking of.
