Jamieson22 beautiful looking batches. Lot of good info here for me on stick size vs what fits in smoker, I am bookmarking this for future reference. Thanks for posting and the tasty looking pics, will for sure help me. I’ve been laying flat, but want to start hanging sticks like you do.

Dave in AZ a few bucks at Home Depot for hardwood dowels and you are all set. I made six and that covers all uses. They only get better with use.

Jamieson22 man those sticks look great
congrats
-
Nice job on the sticks. They look great
-
Jamieson22 look great, how do they taste?
-
All vac sealed up. 30 packs of 8 sticks about 5-1/3” long plus a nice pile of curves and ends for snacks.
Turned out really nice though maybe a tad heavy on smoke at 3/4 pan. -

Jamieson22 Fine looking batch of sticks. I cut mine the same length as you and hang on 4 dowels.

Jamieson22 great looking sticks. You sure did some epic meat processing this week! I’m impressed with your vac seal also, well packaged. I got the Walton’s vac seal from the summer sale, hope it works that well!
-
Jamieson22 that’s a nice looking product for sure. Good work
-
Jamieson22 that’s a beast of a vacuum sealer. How many of those bags will it do at a time?

It only does one at a time. Seal bar isn’t big enough for two. Is a L*M chamber sealer.
-
Jamieson22 I looks like it does a good job. I have the L*M 500. It is fast and doesn’t overheat, but the seals don’t always get as tight as I’d like
