One of the first things the guy that gave me a recipe for his fathers store that made sausage was get a stuffer when you buy your grinder the grinder will do it but you will lose interest because it is so slow so when I bought a grinder I got a stuffer and after I mixed my first batch by hand I got a mixer glad to have you here it is a great place to learn

TheBandit you can rest assured that any of the equipment you buy from Waltons is quality equipment I have had stuffers from different various companies and nothing produces the sausage like the Waltons Equipment. I have a 32 grinder a 20 pound mixer 11 pound stuffer and a slicer. You have a new wonderful hobby.

TheBandit I gotta agree on a 11lber! Mine is not a Waltons but it is a L*M 2 speed and seems very similar to the Waltons. I’d most likely purchase a Waltons but I purchased all of my equipment before I came to the Waltons community.

Welcome and like a few people said $675 is just the beginning. Walton’s + Meatgistics = Gateway drug. Happy sausage making.
