cdavis Tried it out in an aluminum pot, I thought it heated up at a nice rate. I am looking for a cooler to modify to use it with for snack sticks and summer sausage. I think it will hold heat better in covered cooler than an uncovered pot.

I use the same one. No issues, easy to use.
Used the anova on 20lbs of Frank’s. 3 hours in the smoker from 100 to 140. 20 mins in the bath to reach 160. Man it’s a time saver
