I searched Waltons, and they don’t offer a product like this so far as I could tell, so I think it’s ok to post this nice smoker addition.
Just thought I’d post this here, Auber Instruments makes a new circulation fan for smokers, that they specifically show mounted in my smoker (Smokin It 3.0 pics, I have 3.5). So I know it will work in CookShack and Pk100 smokers too. They have nice graphs of how it affects temperature uniformity and max range.

I’ve had that circulator in my modified 40” Masterbuilt since early 2020. It really moves the air around for even heat and smoke distribution.

Sorry I had to edit my post to add the pictures. You should be able to see them now. Also the fan speed regulator has speed settings from just a very low speed to an extremely high speed

Have you found a speed sweet spot that you find works best?

When I smoke sausages, snack stick or summer sausage I usually start on a higher speed (50%) for an hour to help dry out the casings. I then set the fan on low speed this is just enough to move the air and eliminate any hot spots. The low speed also provides enough air movement help distribute the smoke from my A-Maze-N pellet tray (I have it setup with a mailbox mod) and I find it helps improve humidity. The humidity I think increases as the air movement helps wick moisture from Jonathon’s sponge mod.
When I’m making jerky I usually start out at 75% to dry out the marinade for an hour and then drop down to 25-50% fan speed.
Please keep in mind my smoker even though I refer to it as a Masterbuilt is more of a Frankenbuilt. There is nothing original about my smoker other then the box. So the settings you use may be different. -
Compared to the James jerky dryer think this would be considerably better, variable speed fan is a big plus. Anybody out there that has used both?

I don’t know but am about to find out!
I ordered the circulation fan last night, and also yesterday bought a metal cap and window seal to mount my variable speed fan to, my homemade Dave’s Jerky Dryer I guess. The intent is to first even out smoke and temp inside smoker, but even more to let me get a good drying airflow for jerky and snacksticks etc. Love the smoker, but do think it needs good airflow control to really make it the perfect smoking device. Oh, and I’m using the side mounted Bellas Cold Smoke Generator too.

Dave, the fan looks like it can move some serious air volume. Do you have a way to control the flow rate? Is your plan to locate it on the inlet side or the outlet side of the smoker? My concern is that it is positioned on the inlet side, it might create enough positive internal pressure in the cabinet that your cold smoke generator may not draw properly.
Granted, I can’t see your whole system working together. Good luck.

The Auber fan sits inside down at the bottom left, and has a variable speed motor mounted on outside. My jerry-rigged fan up top has a variable speed control you can just see on left of my picture. It will be suction, and it is sitting on top of the 3/4" vent hole now in the picture. I’ve used it several times just laying on top, but now I have that tin housing and some seal tape to make it more airtight so all suction goes via vent hole. It does allow a nice draft and burn on the Bella’s Cold Smoke Generator .

I have a set of AC infinity S1238D fans from Amazon in my sausage smoker (max temp 190). It is designed to move heat from a wood stove. I looked for a long time to find fans for inside a smoker, commercial ones have the motor mounted outside the cabinet. This was the best one I found, although I never found a max temp rating. I’ve ran them for probably 200 hours with no issues so far. I came across them as I found someone else who was using them in their sausage smoker. It will not withstand a hot smoker since it’s plastic but for sausage seems to be no problems.
I think a fan is one of the best upgrades you can do for a smoker. Makes your end product so much better. You get such a uniform beautiful color on natural casings and snack sticks. And uniform temperatures. As a side note, I had problems with casings peeling on my snack stick after thawing from frozen. Now I leave my snack sticks in the smoker with the fan to get them dried down a little more. No problems with casings peeling after freezing.
Best smoker upgrade you will ever do for sausage is add a fan. I did as much research as I could online to mimic a commercial smoker. I mounted mine 4 inches from the top of my smoker on a sheet of plywood. The plywood covers the entire top except for a 2 inch gap on the left and right side. The fan pulls air from the bottom of the smoker, and then the air is forced down along the side of the smoker in that 2 inch gap to the floor. My fans are not powerful enough to get the air all the way to the floor as I have it in a commercial refrigerator, but it still does the job.

John Belvedere what is the speed controller you are using for the Auber fan? I am ordering the fan now and would love a controller for it

KetoJoe it comes with a spped controller built right into that motor pod that sits outside. Plug and play.
…wait, maybe not, walking down to look…
Doh! No controller. Will order same one I use for top computer fan, will post link later when I look at Amazon order history… -
Dave in AZ thanks. I ordered a fan for the top but I’m still going back and forth on the the Auber fan. I have the Model 2D wifi. It’s the same width as the the model 3 just not as deep. I cant decide whether to get the one for the left or the right. I am planning on getting the Bella cold smoke generator and really wont to have both boxes on the same side but am not sure if it will fit.
Also, don’t know if I should get the cirfan or the cirfan 40

When I ordered my fan back on 1/25/20 the fan speed controller was included. I just checked the website and I now see that they do not include the fan speed controller. I’m sure you could find something on Amazon that would work. Sorry
