cdavis Thanks Charlie. I passed on a doe 3 weeks ago when the weather was warm and I didn’t have time to process it quickly. Then a couple of weeks of very minimal deer action. So you start second guessing your decision to pass on the shot. It’s just a mental thing you would think I’d outgrow, but that’s how it goes. It’s all good now. Everything is boned out, packaged and in the freezer as of yesterday.
