Meat Slicers

If someone from Walton’s could contact me to talk technical about your slicers I would appreciate it. Have not had very good luck so far with emails and Walton’s customer service.

I am going to buy one and I am doing my due diligence with what is out there in the market place before choosing a brand.

In our previous message, we tagged two of the Walton’s main contact people. Both good guys and should be able to help you with your questions.
They will read your post and respond. They will probably take the conversation off of the public f o r u m and get a phone number from you to discuss your slicer questions and needs in private.

Sorry to hear you guys are sick.

But please go back and read my original inquiry. For the past 2 weeks I have sent several emails to you guys asking questions about meat slicers. I only had one response last week on 11/3. I responded to that email asking more questions and today is 11/8 and still no response to my emails. I finally called customer service yesterday which was no help at all! They are the ones who directed me to this forum in order to reach someone who possibly knows something about your meat slicers and could talk technical.
Even though I have received horrible customer service I would still like to talk to someone about meat slicers. so please provide viable contact information for someone who can help.
