probably should have thought of that too
I wish you would have. I’d consider purchasing one for my Sirman Galileo 350 manual model. Its got a footprint of about 29x30x21 (LWH).

fishing (good username) anything specific, or just in general? We have some how to maintenance videos on some walton’s stuff but not anything solely based around cleaning.
Jonathon Maybe you have an easy way to clean all the blades in a tenderizer? Or maybe nobody would buy one if they saw how tedious removing and reinstalling the blades can be.
Ridley Acres definitely the worst equipment to clean in a meat shop.
Ridley Acres I find that if I give the meat tenderizer a quick spray with cold water and then leave it in some warm soapy water until I’m ready to give it a thorough clean works great…easy peasy
Mcjagger yep. Definitely the key is to give it a quick spray right after using, then soak it. If it drys on, it’s no fun at all
Yeah, I will be cleaning those blades tonight after the live stream, cold soapy water is good but a small broom that comes with a dust broom is a great way to get any stubborn stuff off of it as well.
Jonathon we used to have a metal comb looking tool for getting between the blades. That was for a commercial Hobart though. It helped with larger bits.
