Ground venison jerky how to
Please need help
I want to make ground venison jerky.
I’m already double ground meat.
Which waltons jerky seasoning works best.?
What ratio to pound of meat to use.

Delsay I have never used the Walton’s brand for regurgitated jerky, only the whole muscle jerky. Having said that, I keep thinking that the various mixes can be used for either whole muscle or regurgitated, with the ground version, just mix the dry in with the meat according to the instructions, place it in your jerky gun or stuffer attachment, & push it out as you desire. We have used the Walton’s Bold & the Walton’s Sweet Chipotle & have always been extremely satisfied. The Chipotle does not have as much heat as I would expect & is very nice. For regurgitated I have tried others & made my own mix & it was good. It goes very fast compared to whole muscle.
