Hands were to gross to get a pic, but we have him a little paring knife which was more his size and boy he was going to town.
Here they are helping with the grind.
That’s the Hobart 4812 power head I picked up for $15 and the grinder attachment from my $70 univex 20qt mixer. Would be nice if I had the correct tray, but this foil pan works good too tho.

Keen eye you have. We have 5 kids total. Twin girls 17, boy 14, girl 10, and boy 7. We did an advent devotional this year and each night we let the kids have 1 thing from their stocking. The extras were for if one of our twins’ boyfriends was over.
