I had a chance to try the new Zesty Mojo seasoning today (thanks Jonathon ) and I must say its zesty, but very good. I tried some straight up in my hand first and it is pretty strong. Then I put some on a piece of chicken I had and WOW, it was awesome! I cant wait to try it on some fish, I think that will be a perfect match, or maybe shrimp scampi, so many ideas in my head. I recommend this seasoning

congo So, normally there is a conversion from jerky to snack sticks (though Departing Contestant and I continue to argue about this) but I have used Dragons breath to make snack sticks and it worked fine at normal usage.
