Thanks Austin and Jon for the fine knife that showed up on my porch this morning. I will be proud to use it everytime I cook and process meat! I will have to keep it away from my family, since most don’t know how to keep a knife properly, they can continue to use the old ones.

Ridley Acres I was surprised that the box and tape was still intact. With UPS and FedEx it would have been broken. I don’t think Jon has ever made it this far west yet. The ocean might give him a scare, we have big sharks in the Pacific.
