Denny O I just went and looked at the bottle, it has bees wax and carnauba wax along with mineral oil. It helps to prevent drying and cracking. I do believe it adds more of a sealant property than just straight mineral oil. There is another bottle that goes with the one pictured as a two step system but I couldn’t find it right off hand. That one is just mineral oil. The mineral oil is applied first several coats. Then the conditioner several coats as well but letting it sit overnight before reapplying each coat up to 4 coats.

I went with the Mineral oil in 4 coats over 5 days too.
