Our team did some digging and I have some info to share. There was an issue during one batch of production on the stuffing canisters. The automatic welding machine our manufacturer uses broke, and they were trying to weld manually, and they did a poor job of it. We have a number of replacements already through production and being sent to us, and we have talked to them about the quality issues and problems with the manual welding, and they will not be trying to do that again. If you have not already talked with our customer service team about a replacement, let me know, and I can personally get that initiated.

Thank you. Got the hopper part squared away today. Customer service took care of me. Nice having good customer service every time I call. That’s a rarity these days but it’s also why I continue to choose to spend my money with you guys. It goes a long way.

Now just working on the piston part with the tech dept.
