Looks AWESOME ! That’s a lot sausage but you have the smoker for it. The -10 would work great, but can you please keep it up there. I’m not looking forward to the -5 here tomorrow, but I’m sure it will be worse there. Enjoy the sausage! What seasonings did you use?
