First Try at Bacon

I found it easier than I thought it would be. The vacuum sealer was a huge help. Made a big mistake by not having a slicer but my local deli bailed me out! Got lucky there.

The bacon looks terrific.
You were lucky the lady at the deli agreed to help you out.
A lot of retail businesses would be reluctant to do anything with product from an unknown source they had no prior control over.

They totally bailed me out. I offered to pay them for the service but they declined. I offered the Gal that sliced the bacon money on the side, she declined. I’m thankful for what they did.
