bocephus I canceled a trip to Baja because of covid. Tent trailers are great for getting back into places where trailers can’t go. I modified my suspension by moving the axle from on top of the leaf springs to under them and welding new leaf mounts to reattach, then I was able to put larger diameter rims and tires with an 8 ply rating giving me a 6" lift. Then I had to modify the leveling jack mounts an replace the existing jacks with new ones that had a longer adjustment. This kind of modification is necessary to get through the washouts in the Arroyos. I’ve been stuck at camp for up two weeks on several occasions due to Hurricanes washing out the roads, it takes road crews that long to work their way to your location. I always bring extra can food water and a desalination pump just in case.

It made me laugh out loud numerous times and got me thinking…we really should do a top comment competition on the videos. So, here is the thought, during each live stream Austin and I will come prepared with our favorite youtube comments for a video we posted in the last 30 days and we will gift that person a Walton’s Tumbler. These are slightly different than the 40 oz handle ones but are still pretty sweet. We can even do some sort of live stream viewer voting thing on which one should get the top comment…though, now that I think about it how would we get in touch with them? We can figure that out somehow!
