Enthusiastic cooking

I have recently come acrossed some video reels on Facebook. The young gentleman is doing cooking videos, some recipes he has ingredients and amounts others do not, but gives some good ideas what I would like to try. He is a joy to watch, he has Down syndrome and he brings so much energy and enjoyment while he’s cooking and same with me watching. It’s what cooking should all be about. His page is called Down.rightdelicious. Check it out if you would like, maybe even give him a follow

shoprat53 yes they are, not only Down syndrome but autistic as well. My son is mild autistic and nephew in law is severe autistic. My son works at Culver’s and really likes it, he is so intelligent it amazes me the things he knows and talks about. My nephew in law is so severe he is mentally challenged and needs assisted care but the things he enjoys in life is so wonderful. He is in Special Olympics and loves bowling. Trains are his absolute favorite, he could probably tell you every train manufacturer made. We live by some tracks and when he’s visiting if the train whistle goes of he gets so excited.

twilliams My daughter has Asperger syndrome, she was originally diagnosed in the late 80’s being classified with mild mental retardation, the common diagnosis given to autistic and children that did not fit the mold. They are special in their own ways having traits and skills that they makes them who they are.
