lkrfletcher You’re spot on with that suggestion. It’s just good overall.
How many would try this?

twilliams it gets a hard pass from me.

ND Mike That is how I was when I got some maple blueberry sausage this past summer. Easier to just cook sausage, have blueberries on your pancakes with maple syrup and let everything touch one another on the fork. I am sure everyone has had this combination before, just not formed into one thing like sausage or a meat patty.

twilliams looks moldy there. Might look better cooked. I’d try it

I’m not a big fan of sweet meat but a lot of my family and friends (mostly females) eat up the sweet maple bacon goose sticks like they are, well, candy. So, there is probably some kind of market for this.

twilliams No way, that combo in beef is just wrong.

Where did you find these at?

As was said I would try as a sausage sandwich in a heartbeat. But as a beef burger I would try it if it was a free sample.

twilliams Sure why not

mrobisr I think it’s the unappetizing visual that would be hard to get past. The eyes and nose tend to determine the final taste, even if it would be mentally. Now if one was blind folded? Would the taste differ? Interesting concept

twilliams I completely agree that visually it is not appealing at all, but I would still try it. At work several of us have agreed to try whatever we bring, at least one bite and well some have been very good, and others were stand by the trash can just in case.
