John Belvedere I quite literally cannot WAIT for you to listen to our podcast that will be out next Monday. Many, many good laughs should be had on something that happened that ties to this post! The lack of product loss is shocking, thats as good as I do with what I assume is better equipment, so well done there for sure. I am thinking your 60 minute tumble the next day helped with that. Also, really nice and thorough write-up of your process. This deserves a tip of the hat!
After the Snow Last Night,

Denny O Well, if there ever was a good knife to cut the soup with, you got it! Congratulations.

cdavis We are on a snow route so the city gets the side of our property fairly quick and then they are at the front of our property soon after. It’s all of the driveways and sidewalks and then a large deck that kicks my deriair!

calldoctoday I think I’m really going to like them. I bought the semi stiff boning knife in the matching handle design.
-
Denny O That is nice, I may have to look into that. I have just been using a fillet knife from our set that is more of a cross between a boning knife & a fillet knife. We have had that set for at least 35 years & it has worked fine, but yours sounds nice.

chippewa I don’t know when you were by last but it sounds to me like there has been quite the change. They even purchased the property across the street too, the old sale barn.
