So, my neighbors were ordering some fresh lobster, and asked if I wanted some, so I grabbed two of them and am going to cook them both up tonight! I have a few different better dips prepared, I will take some pictures of the process and let everyone know how it came out. I think the Zesty Citruc Mojo is the one I am most looking forward to trying!
FYI I was in a literal all day meeting yesterday, so I a going to try to get caught up on Meatgistics, but I need to get caught up on my emails first, so probably won’t get to get caught up on Meatgistics until either tonight or tomorrow!

Okay results are in. I did one as the zesty MOJO, one as captains bay, one ad authentic Buffalo and one as garlic Romano. Sadly the favorite was garlic Romano which is discontinued, followed by captains Bay and MOJO with a
Buffalo a very distant 4th!Turns out there youngest son didn’t like lobster so they just dropped off another which I will eat tonight! Very lucky!
